Berkshire Manufactured Products has a large complement of high speed CNC turning and milling centers. Through the use of higher spindle speeds and feeds with the same cutting forces as conventional machining, we are able to greatly reduce machining time and associated costs. Our turning area includes both conventional lathes and turning centers which feature live tooling, capable of adding secondary non-turned features, minimizing set-ups to operate more efficiently. This, coupled with libraries of high speed strategies, and high speed tool motions enable Berkshire Manufactured Products to offer unbeatable service in precision machining.
